Alecia Mills is a Licensed Massage Therapist, Certified Neuromuscular Therapist and Certified Reiki Master/Teacher (Usui Holy Fire^® III Reiki Ryoho) in Colorado Springs, Colorado. Hailing from a fast-paced lifestyle as a Creative Director in Maryland, Alecia moved to Colorado Springs in 2009 and immediately began her journey in medical massage attending the Colorado Institute of Massage Therapy (CIMT). With a Bachelor of Science degree in Mass Communications and the completion of an extensive program at CIMT, Alecia launched her practice where she is now sharing the power of healing touch and enhanced peace of mind, body, and spirit. In February, 2019, Alecia received her certification as a Reiki Master/Teacher. 

Alecia's path in therapeutic massage and energy healing was inspired, in part, by a quote by Gandhi—“Be the change you want to see in the world.” Believing that everyone deserves a chance to live a beautiful and healthy life, and overwhelmed by a desire to see more kindness and peace in the world, Alecia took Gandhi’s words to heart and made it her mission to bring more kindness, warmth, and peace to the world through therapeutic massage and healing life force energy.
